The Company
Our client is a market leading, multinational business that has created a work-environment that is second to none. With a focus on offering their employees long-term career paths, they are a business that is continuously growing. Currently the finance team have gone through an exciting phase of change and the need has arisen for an experienced AP Senior to join them. Located near Parramatta, they are close to public transport but also have parking available making it a convenient location to drive to.
The Role
Your role as the AP Officer is a sole charge function working closely with the finance team and other stakeholders in the business. Your role will see you responsible for the end to end AP function for the business. This includes:
- Management of the AP ledger
- Entering invoices in the system
- Management of the payment schedule
- Managing cash flow
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Administration of the AP email inbox
Your Background
Your role as Standalone AP Officer will see you take full ownership of the Accounts Payable function. To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have relevant experience working in a similar full function accounts payable role. Ideally you will have worked previously in a standalone position. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required as you will respond to queries and work with individuals across all levels of the business. Your ability to work independently and as an effective team member with strong organisational and time management skills is essential to your success.
