An immediate opportunity exists for a driven, ambitious and highly motivated Accounts Officer/Bookkeeper to join its close knit team.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Full function AP/AR
- Attending to client queries
- Financial Reporting
- Bank Reconciliations/bank statements
- Supplier statement recs
- Allocations
- Manual invoicing
- Cash reconciliations
- Month end reporting
- Entering data into SAP B1 system
Your Profile
Applicants will need to be available to interview and commence within 7 business days.
You will be flexible in your outlook with a strong work ethic. Applicants will ideally have minimum 5+ year’s industry experience, and will ideally be either degree qualified in Finance or relevant discipline. SAP B1, MYOB or large ERP system experience will be advantageous.
You will be a driven and motivated Accounts Officer/Bookkeeper who has outstanding communication skills and an ability to think laterally and have strong problem solving skills.
