About the organisation:
With a turnover approaching $2bn, our client leads the market in the provision of services to customers through a network of metro and regional centres.
About the role:
This key leadership role is located in one of the group’s major centres in Albury, and will lead a team across regional and metro centres of NSW.
Duties:
- Reporting to the GM Finance, you will develop and implement the strategic governance framework that supports financial processes and practices and you will roll that out across the business
- You will lead your team to build, implement and oversee audit and control processes to ensure compliance with the framework
- You will monitor and lead projects for the continuous improvement of controls and processes to enhance auditing and record keeping
- You will develop and deliver to senior management key compliance reports for the purpose of decision making
Technical Skills:
- You are a technically strong accountant, degree qualified and holding membership of a recognised professional body (CA/CPA)
- You have a hands-on approach and the ability to coach and mentor team members to deliver results
A remuneration package of $168,000 inclusive of superannuation is on offer for the role.
