Our client is a market leading business and market leader within the financial services space. Due to recent growth, an opportunity for an Accounts Officer has become available to join their supportive and high performing finance team.


Job Description

• Managing the day to day operations of Accounts Payable and Receivable which includes;
• Matching, batching and coding of invoices
• Prepare invoices for weekly and monthly payment runs
• Reconciling Accounts, debt collection and producing reports of outstanding debtors
• Allocating and receipting payments
• Assisting with processing of staff expenses 
• Ad hoc administration duties

The Successful Applicant

• Prior experience in a similar Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable role
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
