At present, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced or ‘up and coming’ Manager to join our Tax & Accounting Group here in the Gold Coast.

• Leading teams in the provision of high quality tax and accounting solutions and advice, your new role will see you:
• Taking a lead role in the planning and coordination of client engagements, defining and ensuring the key objectives are achieved
• Developing strong client relationships and applying an expert solutions-focused lens to uncovering opportunities which add value to their operational management and future planning
• Contributing to the ongoing growth of the practice through business development activities
• Staying well-informed on the latest industry innovations and further developing your market expertise to implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Managing and mentoring team members supporting them in their career growth
• Managing key business metrics including KPIs, budgeting and reporting

You bring to the role:

• Hands on experience in a professional services or similar environment
• Excellent Australian tax and accounting capabilities gained through the relevant qualifications – full completion of CA or CPA is required
• A positive attitude, drive and motivation for learning & continued professional growth
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to build enduring client relationships
• Experience in mentoring, developing and supporting a team with their development
• Experience in managing a portfolio of clients, including the associated business reporting
• Commercial acumen including managing fee proposals and working to budgets
