C2 Capital is a value creation focused investment management platform that invests in private market alternative asset investment opportunities. Founded in early 2016 we are an Australian based group with offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Singapore operating as an independent management owned firm and this year we have experienced significant growth in all parts of our ecosystem and we are now ready to go to new levels of growth and success.

Our guiding focus is to maximise our investor results through proactive value investing. The two areas in which we work are direct commercial property projects for the purpose of developing long term income and growth holdings for our portfolios. Secondly, we work with businesses and their founders who are in the early to late stage venture capital phase and have the potential for scalable growth through a structured Angel Investment or VC funding program.

About the role

The successful applicant will perform an instrumental role in developing the financial and investment capabilities of the company as well as acting as a key driver in value-add projects. Key to this role is ensuring the financial responsibilities of the department are met promptly and effectively which will include;

• Transactional accounting, financial and management reporting
• Manage BAS, payroll and superannuation reporting  
• Cost management and forecasting both on business units and projects
• Investment modelling, project analysis and feasibilities support 
• Corporate compliance and record keeping 
• Working with key stakeholders such as lenders, investors and external service partners 
• Assisting where required on getting opportunities "investment ready for our capital team to raise funds.
• This role is a ground floor opportunity and as we grow you may need to grow into a leadership role with others working with you to be able to achieve all of the above. 
• Finally, you will be working directly with the Founders/Directors of the company and will be an integral part of building a best of kind ecosystem of businesses.
