The opportunity?

As part of Toll Group’s new growth strategy, we currently have an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Assistant on an ongoing temporary basis. Reporting to our Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will be responsible for effectively delivering invoice processing activities in line with Toll policies and standards.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Invoice processing in accordance with operating level agreements
• Perform duplicate invoice check
• Monitor incoming invoices
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Team Leaders

The ideal candidate?

To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated experience working in a similar position and ideally within a shared services environment. You will have a high level of attention to detail coupled with the ability to meet regular and urgent deadlines. You will have the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
