Your new company
This Perth based family-run dental practice is at the forefront of innovative dental procedures, in both cosmetic and rehabilitation dentistry. With a growing client base, 90% of which come from referrals, this is a true patient-care facility where the comfort and safety of patients is paramount.
Your new role
With ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years, including further development of an on-site laboratory and the potential acquisitions of other businesses linked to the dental industry, the organisation is searching for a dynamic and passionate CEO who can lead the business into its next chapter of growth. With a focus on harnessing the collective strength of the current team, as a strategic CEO, you will work in conjunction with the business owners to implement ideas and innovations and will be responsible for managing the strategy to drive the business forward.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires you to be an outstanding leader and excellent communicator to work with an existing team of staff who maintain a close-knit and positive work culture. As a CEO, you will have demonstrated strategic and operational excellence, a consultative but decisive management style, an aptitude for stakeholder engagement, strong commercial awareness and exceptional execution skills to deliver results. A passion for, or experience in, the health sector will be highly regarded as well as a flair for marketing and a genuine desire to help this company flourish.
