EGM is exclusively partnering with our client, a well-known Blue-Chip organisation, to appoint a charismatic people leader passionate about people, operations, transformation and customer experience. The role is a unique and rare senior position for South Australia where a brilliant individual can really make their mark nationally.

The Role
In this new role you will be tasked with building an organisational culture which is focused not only on high performance but built on exceptional customer experience and engagement. Reporting into the GM of Employee Experience this is a true operational position which will have a strong people and services focus.
You will create a collaborative culture fostering an environment where communication is personal, effective and smart.
Your success will be measured by your ability to partner, build strong relationships, demonstrate leadership values and influence the direction of travel for the change agenda to ensure key organisational objectives are met.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Partnering with key stakeholders to define projects and strategies and tailor to teams
- Implementing and managing appropriate governance frameworks and reporting requirements to meet organisational requirements through program initiatives
- Creating and delivering effective management strategies related to specific programs
- Driving and implementing operational strategies based on situational analysis
- Identifying pragmatic change management techniques to address changes
Key skills and experience:
- 8 years + in a senior leadership role
- The ability to engage and influence
- Strong project management knowledge and experience
- Experience in leading large, multi-site teams with an operational focus
- An affinity with people married with strong organisational skills
- A belief in customer experience excellence coupled with strong commercial acumen
- Experience working in a large organisations - building, working to and maintaining SLAs
