The Role:
We are looking for an energetic and hands on Internal Account Manager to manage our existing accounts as well as seek out new opportunities through our distribution network.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business as well as maintaining the existing customer base
- Maximise profitable sales and margin budgets across all facets of the role.
- Acting as a conduit between the customer, planning and warehouse department to ensure expectations are met on all sides.
- Ensure all customer requests are completed in a timely, professional and efficient manner.
- Troubleshooting issues and problems on a daily basis to a seamless conclusion
- Ensuring all opportunities with current clients are identified and maximised.
- Occasional face-to-face meetings with clients locally and interstate
To be considered for this role, you must possess
- Experience as an internal sales support or account manager would be advantageous
- Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail
- Motivation and drive to exceed targets and meet required timeframes.
- A “can do” attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an advantage
