Are you an Emergency Planning Consultant looking for the next challenge? We’re looking for an energetic and self-driven individual who’s eager to continue our already strong growth in Victoria.

The Role

As the Victorian Regional Manager, your key objective is to take the Victorian business to the next level, with a strong focus on developing business and ensuring high quality outcomes for our valued client base. Your region has an active and healthy sales pipeline that you’ll be able to tap into from day one.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Execution, and working with a structured team with set targets, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Self-driven new business development to increase the EvacServices' market share;
  • Leverage off our existing client base to further develop business opportunities, and increase awareness of our full product suite, including online learning management and compliance tools;
  • Manage the existing client portfolio to minimise terminations.
  • Provide technical guidance and manage the first level of response to client technical enquiries.
  • Occasionally conduct training for clients when the training team is already booked
  • Responsible for recruitment & performance management of the training delivery team excluding scheduling.

Mandatory Criteria:

  • Consultative approach with the ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders;
  • Have an existing background in Emergency Planning, Workplace Training, WHS or Compliance Management
  • Consider yourself in line with our Core Values of “Progress”, “Perform” and “Trust”;
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and maintain positive business relationships;
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment;
  • Self-motivated and highly professional with strong communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Proven experience achieving or exceeding set targets;
  • Proficient computer skills including experience with a range of document management systems and databases.
