TERRITORY SALES MANAGER
SERAFIN MACHINERY are the importers and designers of quality agricultural machinery which distributes direct to customers and through dealers nationally.
We are seeking a highly self-motivated sales person to assist with product promotion of entire range of seeding and tillage machinery. This position is based in Griffith, NSW at our head office but will require extensive travel state wide. It will be your duty to manage and facilitate the growth of your territory which will focus towards VIC, SA and TAS.
Duties include but are not limited to:-
- Servicing existing network of customers & dealers while continuing to expand the client base across VIC, SA and TAS
- Improving the company market share through machinery sales
- Attending field days and organising demonstrations
- Attend to general and internet enquires
- Working with the Sales Manager and other staff to provide the ultimate customer experience
A fully maintained company vehicle will be provided along with a mobile phone, laptop, tablet and other tools of the trade. Full product training will be provided.
An excellent remuneration package is on offer that includes uncapped commissions and other rewards for high achievers.
Skills and experience required
Essential: Excellent communication skills, great time management skills, driven with proven sales experience, good Microsoft Office skills and a current driver’s license.
Highly Desirable: Farming or machinery sales experience or knowledge.
