Customer Success Manager

My client is a leading E- Learning platform who are looking to expand across Australia & New Zealand. They’re working with high profile clients and looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage the portfolio and grow the Sydney office.

They’re a fast-growing LMS platform that has recently secured another round of funding and looking to expand globally. Their cutting-edge solution is created by passionate designers and the best technical people in Europe. The creators are disrupting the industry and redefining the way people learn through social content and bite-size videos.

The Role

  • Provide customers with world-class engagement to increase overall customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Form relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors to ensure their implementations are aligned with their business case.
  • Monitor, identify and manage customer KPIs.
  • Manage on-boarding, regular account engagement and analysis.
  • Provide customer training and business reviews
  • Consistently bring creative ideas and solutions to the business on how to improve their customer service.
  • Manage the Sydney office and in the future help grow the office

You

  • Looking for someone with 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development.
  • Someone who has previously been an L&M Manager or Consultant.
  • Successfully developed learning programmes for corporate businesses.
  • Doesn’t need to have software or SaaS experience.
  • Ability to quickly learn the solution, implementation best practises and deployment approach.
  • Flexibility as travel is required
  • Able to present to C-level executives.
  • Strong passion for Learning and Development.
