4mation are seeking an experienced, consultative, hands-on Sales Leader to join our sales team. You will be a driving force in building the already steep growth trajectory. 
  
This role demands an enthusiastic, results-oriented sales professional who excels at consultative sales. The ideal candidate will be an independent, self starter with direct client relationships and have a deep understanding of digital solutions. As a key part of our management team reporting to the Head of Operations and Finance, you will be responsible for defining, leading and executing our sales framework and process.
  
Responsibilities
  • First and foremost, you are not an order taker, you are a true solutions consultant
  • As a senior leader you will be responsible for setting strategy, analysing and improving sales processes, and evaluating data to drive results
  • You will have the intellect to provide client solutions that provide business value, supported by one of the country's best technical teams
  • You will leverage your experience and established network to contribute directly to the high performance of the sales team and you will be able to demonstrate a track record of generating revenue growth for agencies or professional service firms
  • Establish, maintain and build strong industry C-Level relationships
  • Leverage your existing network to attract new business. You will prefer to meet face to face with prospects and contacts rather than rely on phone calls or emails
  • You’ll represent and evangelise the company’s solutions to key decision makers to drive client acquisition and retention.
  • You will work closely with your team, provide regular coaching and guidance, and grow the size of the team to meet growth targets from pre- to post-sales
  • You’ll enjoy investing your time and energy into the professional development of your reports, celebrating success and providing transparent updates on opportunities to your management and the broader business.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in Solutions/Digital/Technology sales
  • Experience evangelizing solutions and has the ability to carry the entire sales process from prospecting to close
  • Consultative selling style and experience with proven success
  • Strong knowledge of custom web and software development solutions preferred
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to influence decision makers across multiple disciplines.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Must have established and extensive contacts within the Tech/Digital space
  • Bachelors, or Masters degree
