The primary function of the National Account Manager's role is to deliver against company volume and profit targets. You’ll be a critical part of Red Bull Australia's Impulse Channel team and a senior member of the wider Sales team. 
 

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

  • Deliver the monthly business plan financial sales volume in serving units
  • Develop and implement National Promotional Programs
  • Deliver against Impulse channel business plan promotional frequency and depth targets
  • Discuss and negotiate promotional off-locations and POS
  • Understand and adhere to the company S&OP process and metrics and provide timely and accurate promotional forecasts
  • Deliver fair share index of space within responsible accounts
  • Work with Category Management to develop the each category strategy and through category range reviews and planning days
  • Deliver the SKU Distribution targets by account
  • Increase Red Bull market share through the delivery of a strong joint business plan
  • Increase the level of chilled availability
  • Negotiate ambient off location display space
  • Communicate pricing strategy by customer and pack type

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree qualification (Preferably).
  • Minimum 2 years account management experience.
  • Exceptional skills in customer relationship and negotiation, communication and presentation.
  • Strong planning, organisation and project management skills.
  • Excellent financial and analytical acumen,
  • Solid understanding of category management, marketing and finance
  • Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint and Excel.
