Description
The Junior Sales Analyst role will report to the General Manager of Sales, and interact with a variety of business teams including marketing and operations. You will be key in the collection, analysis and reporting of internal and external sales related data to increase overall sales productivity of the business.
- Develop and track KPI’s on sales performance, forecasts and orders.
- Create quantitative product and sales analysis as required
- Prepare stock on hand reports and forecast orders reports on a weekly basis
- Analysis of budget spreadsheets, sales reports and key accounts
- Provide recommendations for forecast and planning to meet demands
- Report and analyse promotional efficiency
- Provide analysis and interpretation of sales trends
- Tracking of costs and expenditure
- Provide administration support to the General Manager of Sales
- Monitor competitor marketing and price survey
- Execute sales and marketing strategies
- Asist in mainstream administration when required
Profile
The successful applicant will be outgoing, ambitious and driven who is looking to develop their finance analytic skills in this junior role.
- Previous sales support/analysis experience, within the FMCG sector a must
- High analytic skills, with a passion in processing data and ability to draw meaningful business insights as a result
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Computer literacy, familiar with Dynamics AX is preferred
- Holds a NSW Driver’s License
