Job Description

This is an exciting role working with our Sales Director to generate fast growth and increasing new sales volumes. You'll work in tandem with our sales and marketing teams to drive enquiries from around the world and nurture those enquiries to a successful sale.

You'll be able to demonstrate results-based achievement in a commercial business environment, preferably in software-as-a-service or similar technology. Looking specifically for someone who can land on their feet running; an excellent communicator and negotiator; with a real appetite for success. We want someone who understands schools and relationships with key stakeholders in schools would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with K-12 schools in Australia and overseas

  • Present our SAAS platform to senior school leaders both in person and via web conference

  • Build and execute sales plans and value propositions

  • Prepare and analyse sales strategies

  • Manage Hubspot (CRM) pipeline and data

  • Develop strong relationships with our partners and affiliates to maximise channel opportunities

  • Generate regular reports for management

  • Share accountability for sales budgets and targets

Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar business development role

  • Terrific and personable communication skills

  • Positive, can-do attitude and a desire to deliver results

  • Knowledge and experience with HubSpot would be highly regarded

  • Previous experience in the K-12 education space would be highly regarded
