What will you do?

Business Development Managers have a talent for and will to succeed in qualifying, identifying, and winning new business opportunities. In doing this, daily tasks may include but are not limited to;

  • Proactive identification and targeting of new opportunities
  • Proposing solutions, presenting on WorkPac's range of products, and successfully winning business
  • Building relationships and leveraging these relationships to secure further opportunities
  • Investigating and determining correct charge rates for clients and pay rates for Field Team Members
  • Work with clients to support their safety procedures with a view to preventing accidents and injuries to Field Team Members, ensuring OSH compliance

  • Demonstrable business development and sales experience
  • Self-motivated, outcome focused, enthusiastic personality with a never give up attitude
  • Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships  
  • Ability to multi task, self-manage and provide an exceptional customer experience
