We provide temporary and permanent staffing to companies requiring multi-disciplined and experienced blue collar, white collar or office support. What will you do?
Business Development Managers have a talent for and will to succeed in qualifying, identifying, and winning new business opportunities. In doing this, daily tasks may include but are not limited to;
- Proactive identification and targeting of new opportunities
- Proposing solutions, presenting on WorkPac's range of products, and successfully winning business
- Building relationships and leveraging these relationships to secure further opportunities
- Investigating and determining correct charge rates for clients and pay rates for Field Team Members
- Work with clients to support their safety procedures with a view to preventing accidents and injuries to Field Team Members, ensuring OSH compliance

- Demonstrable business development and sales experience
- Self-motivated, outcome focused, enthusiastic personality with a never give up attitude
- Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
- Ability to multi task, self-manage and provide an exceptional customer experience
