About the Company:
Im currently partnering with a leading energy retailer, providing services to both homes and businesses throughout the Eastern seaboard. They have become one of the leading power companies in Australia, and provide customers with an impeccable service. Sustainability is also important to this business and a big part of their culture.
Currently, they are looking for a Sales Manager SME - Eastern Seaboard.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility for this role is to take accountability for the development, delivery and management of all SME sales strategies, channels and initiatives to meet Retail sales targets, deliver a quality customer experience through the sales process.
- Proven experience establishing and operating a SME sales channels in high volume consumer markets such as energy, telco and financial services
- Proven experience in working with and managing broker/ 3rd party relationships
- Demonstration of delivering sales results against target
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and grow a team whilst providing a high-performance sales culture that delivers sales targets
- High developed stakeholder management skills, due to the strong reliance of achieving results through other internal and external partners
- Knowledge of relevant legislative requirements across the industry
Experience & Skills:
- Degree qualified
- At least 9 years experience in a Sales Management or Business Development role
- SME experience
- Experience in building a portfolio of clients
- Experience in developing and executing strategic account plans
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Self-motivated and achievement oriented
- Excellent time management skills
