Entrepreneur Resorts (ER) offers entrepreneur communities access to paradise locations and beachfront co-working cafés including Bali and South Africa.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager for Entrepreneur Resorts. The role will be responsible for creating attractive and lucrative proposals and promotion to aligned destination retreat / markets to optimise resort facilities, occupancies, profitability and the Entrepreneurs Institute brand.
Entrepreneur Resort Vision Villas (Bali – Gianyar) is well known for their residential entrepreneur education programs and packages and will be the initial launch of this new growth area. The successful creation and execution of retreats (such as health, fitness and well being) and events, will further promote the EI offering via main media channels and be blueprint to leverage our Entrepreneur Resorts Tau Lodge (South Africa – Madikwe)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create, develop, market, manage and generate new business in markets aligned to Entrepreneur Resorts (ER) purpose
- Subsequent accountability for the planning, organising, directing and profitability of all Entrepreneur Resorts (ER) retreat packages, events and services
- Engage, support and develop the Entrepreneur Resorts client experience, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Entrepreneur Institute stakeholders
- Commercial financial management, reporting and profitability in line with budget KPIs
- Experienced, successful and skilled in business development sales gained in hotel/resort / retreat / international / remote working environment(s)
- Proven knowledge in destination / retreat markets preferably South-East Asia, Japan and Korea
- Excellent negotiation and problem solving ability
- Vibrant, energetic self-motivated and entrepreneurial approach
