The Opportunity:
We currently have an opening for a Territory Manager within our Victoria sales team. In this role you will be responsible for maximising sales contributions and achieving budgeted sales targets for all commercial products, by leading regional efforts to establish a reputation for the business as the leading source of customer focused solutions, quality products and professional service in the industry.

About You:
Our ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in account management, time management and margin management, with proven experience in the building materials or similar industry. 
We are looking for – 
  • High level interpersonal skills including sound oral and written communication skills, with good listening and questioning skills.
  • Good business acumen and relationship building skills.
  • Technical aptitude for specialist products
  • The ability to portray a positive first impression and quickly develop rapport with our customers, as well as the ability to deal with difficult customers.
  • Sound administrative and organisational skills with an ability to effectively set priorities, meet deadlines, demonstrate flexibility and show initiative.
  • A demonstrated ability to apply sound negotiating, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently as well as with other members of a team
  • A positive attitude when the pressure is on.
  • Knowledge of the building and insulation industries would be advantageous.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, confident in the use of MS Office and SAP.
