Our client is a significant wine business and this is a critical role in their on premise team.  As NAM On Premise you will report to the NBM On Premise and help to drive the performance of the on premise channel.  You'll work closely with state and national teams to develop business strategies to achieve distribution, revenue, sales, brand and profit targets.

Key responsibilities will be:

- achievement of targeted levels of sales and market share growth within the agreed customer accounts (caterers, pub groups, international hotels, casinos, airlines etc)
- managing trading terms and trade spend for customer accounts
- developing strong customer relationships to ensure opportunities are maximised
- executing relevant marketing initiatives, promotional activities, new product development, market insights, wine education as required
- developing and executing sales strategies to achieve annual targets for each customer group
- working closely with sales teams and other key stakeholders to ensure outcomes
- ensuring all sales reporting and forecasting is completed as required and agreed with the NBM 

It is likely that you are currently in a key account role within the liquor industry and have dealt at state level with some key on premise groups.  This role will have responsibility for all state based on premise groups and all national groups with a HO in Melbourne.  You'll work closely with your NSW and QLD counterparts and be part of a small yet vibrant sales office in Melbourne.   You possess excellent communication, planning and commercial skills.  You also have the desire to work hard and in return you will be well supported to ensure a long term role in the business.
