This is an exciting opportunity to flex & expand your knowledge of the local PC market with the world's largest IT distributor, Ingram Micro! Our internal Account Management team exists to provide excellent customer service & sales to our customers on a breadth of IT products & services.
If you have least one year of experience in an inside/internal account management or telesales role, we will develop you to be the best you can be in the exciting IT industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Participate in regular external & internal training sessions
- Foster relationships with 10 - 15 key accounts & expand their growth
- Own the sales pipline in NSW for Volume
- Upsell/cross sell IT solutions to our reseller channel
Some ideal skills/experience:
- Ideally have experience working with an IT Reseller or Distributor
- Knowledge of the NSW PC market
- Proactive in their efforts to exceed sales targets with active/warm leads
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ideal but not essential - Cantonese or Mandarin language skills
