COMPANY
Our client is currently going through an exciting growth phase and with that comes the opportunity for Business Development Manager's. In one month they have increased their sales team from 4 - 8 people and now its going to be increased further. Based in Padstow, they are seeking money hungry, self-motivated, driven individuals who want to be part of their growth.
ROLE
You will be part of this growing team in which you will be required to make outbound calls to find your own leads as well calling warm leads that have been generated for you. Make appointments to visit the client, build the relationship or attend appointments that have been made for you and close the deal!

TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Solid sales background with similar experience in a similar role.
- Be self motivated, driven and goal orientated
- Have no phobia in relation to picking up the telephone to make sales calls
- A proven sales track record in which you have achieved targets and KPI"s
- Thoroughly enjoy being part of a team
- Superior work ethic
You will be the kind of person that ONLY wants a Sales Role, is driven by a Sales Role and wants the daily challenge of a Sales role in which you can potentially increase your base salary by a min of $40K ++++!
