About the Company:
Our client is unique, yet highly successful retailer. Not only are they one of the most well known retailers, they have gone from strength to strength and have aggressive growth plans for 2017. They started operations in the US and have expanded globally.
Due to growth within this organisation they have a newly created role of Head of Professional Development.
This role will be taking on the challenge of building a new Professional Development structure. You will have overall responsibility for the functional and strategic direction and leadership of all Professional Training and Development activities across Australia and New Zealand.
Role requirements:
- Creating professional training that’s aligned with the targets set in the professional benchmark initiative across ANZ.
- Responsible for identifying learning needs and areas of development and delivering clinical professional training.
- Lead, analyse and evaluate the provision of the online learning and develop and deliver initiatives to support ongoing delivery of the Professional Training and Development program.
- Working with external stakeholders
- Lead and develop the Professional Development Consultant to drive and deliver the Professional training and development programs, events and activities.
Experience and Skills:
- Tertiary qualification
- Demonstrated experience in training and development, with advanced facilitation skills
- Proven experience in implementing successful change initiatives
- Experienced in strong needs analysis, design and delivery evaluation skills
- A natural influencer particularly relating to change management
- Outcome led and highly motivated, with strong interpersonal skills
