We are currently seeking the position of Territory Manager.  Reporting to Sales Manager and / or State Manager.  This position is responsible for gaining new business and the expansion and management of existing key accounts servicing a territory in the Dubbo, Orange, Bathurst and Western Plains areas of NSW.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales budget for Valvoline – Lubricants and associated Car Care products
  • Prospect and win new business to increase customer base
  • Maintain existing customers and endeavour to increase Valvoline’s product ranges of business

Qualifications

  • Good communication and organisational skills required. 
  • Ability to display energy and self-motivation.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Computer savvy; internet usage required.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and in an ever-changing environment along with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks. 
  • Ability to approach conflict resolution with a positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and is able to develop firm relationships.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the automotive or heavy duty industry is desired, however not essential.

  • Must be authorised to work in Australia
  • Must have a current full driver licence
