This role will see your time split between supporting the senior sales team as well as building your own client base and relationships.

Your background;

Minimum 6 months experience in a sales role, outbound cold calling is favorable. Strong record of high attention to detail, roles involving calendar/event coordination are favorable.

• Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work autonomously.
• Proven ability to successful cold call.
• Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple activities.
• A strong customer service focus and ability to engender this approach and attitude.

Responsibilities;

• Working closely with the field sales team to thoroughly plan activity around key opportunities, road trips and consultant availability.
• Calling client site contacts to establish site access and activity promotion.
• Working closely with site contacts to ensure site activity is adequately promoted.
• Ensuring site information and activities are recorded and shared with key stakeholders through CRM system, calendar invites, tasks and any other available means.
• Monitoring activity attendance rates in conjunction with the field sales team to identify trends relating to attendance volumes and promotional activity.
• Identify and implement improved processes to increase attendee numbers at site activities in conjunction with the field sales team.
