voestalpine High Performance Metals ( Australia ) are leading distributers of Engineering and Alloy steel products to businesses across the mining and manufacturing industries.
Our business is located in Cardiff, Newcastle.
This sales position located in our Cardiff office is now available for an experienced Internal sales person. In this hands on role you will be responsible for managing the quotation, orders and sales requests for our customers.
You will work closely with our Sales Representative to provide support in managing customer relationships as well as liaising with our Operations team to ensure your customer's order and delivery requirements are met.
You will be highly organised, approachable and proactive, with high attention to detail, exceptional time management skills and ability to understand the needs of customers.
Experience in the Steel Industry will be highly regarded.
To meet the requirements of this role, you will have-
- Previous experience in a Industrial / Distribution Internal sales role.
- Ability to operate within policies and procedures.
- The ability to work under pressure, multi task and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Steel product experience would be an advantage.
- SAP Computer knowledge.
