A reputable and well-known company in the Power transmission industry. They are known for their first-class service and quality products providing services to well-known major companies. They are renowned for the manufacturing and importation of a high-quality range of power transmissions down to their high-quality workshop services and other geared motor products.
They now require an Internal sales professional who is willing to assist with communicating with existing clientele. This person will need a general knowledge of the industry, preferably someone with a mechanical background, someone who is resilient and has the ability to build rapport, provide strong customer service and has a demonstrating success in retaining business, upselling and pricing. You will need to work with clients to provide solutions to their needs and query’s while maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
What the job involves:
- Taking inbound client inquiries
- Liaising and creating new sales with previous clientele
- Generating quotes and following up
- Processing of orders
- Handling general customer enquiries
- Working with customer to find suitable solutions and products to suit their needs
What they are looking for:
- 2-4 years sales experience
- Industry knowledge preferably in the power transmission or gear box industry
- Take inbound customer inquires
- Ability to liaise with internal and external customers
- Good communication and written skills
- Computer literate
- Team player with a can-do attitude
