Our Client‘s Mining and Export Business division services a wide and diverse customers based in the South Pacific Region.

The Mining and Export services provides experience and dedicated staff to cater for the specific needs of their export customers based in remote locations.

About the role…

A great opportunity for a highly motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join our dedicated Mining and Export Sales team in Brisbane.

With a vast product knowledge, exceptional selling and procurement skills, understanding the importance of delivering superior customer service and quality parts.

Reporting to the Export Manager, your focus driving sales and building strong customer relationship.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Timely response and efficient management of customer enquiries.
  • Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and timely completion of other related documentation
  • Generate sales opportunities
  • Client focused – has the ability to effectively build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Assisting and sharing information with other team members

Ideally you will:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in spare parts sales and Customer service
  • Demonstrate good organizational skills and effective time management
  • Computer literate
  • Be proactive, self-motivated respond well to pressure
  • Be flexible, a team player, customer focused and innovative
  • Energy and drive to achieve success
