Hudson has been retained exclusively to recruit this senior role. The role will direct and control sales activities to achieve revenue, sales and profit targets whilst building sales capability and a sales culture for the organisation.
You will lead the Client connect team and work with marketing and the broader business to drive end to end sales for Home Care, Residential and mental Health. Working with internal stakeholders you will also upsell and cross sell products and services to deliver on the Strategic Plan.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide leadership to establish and co-ordinate the sales objectives, targets and campaigns
- Work with the Marketing team to plan and conduct advertising campaigns and promotional activities as well as product management, market analysis and research
- Develop annual KPIs and set targets and quotas in partnership with the General Manager Strategy
- Develop effective and productive relationships across the business to ensure appropriate cross sell and upsell opportunities
- Prepare budgets, sales reports and forecasts
- Ensure all sales data is recorded in the CRM to allow analysis and reporting of performance
- Build, develop and coach and mentor the Client Connect sales team
- Work with the Service Delivery team to facilitate the timely and efficient provision of new services and products
- Develop and maintain relationships with major referral agencies and partners, customers, industry associations and government representatives.
You:
- You will have tertiary qualifications in business
- Established experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven team management and stakeholder skills
- Able to maintain a positive and resilient attitude while working to embed culture change and new practices.
