My Client for this role has two positions available, one in Sydney and one in Melbourne.

The Sydney role requires the stronger Tender Writing/Formal Bid Skills, as this role will have responsibility for researching, strategising and applying to large-scale tenders. The successful candidate must possess an exceptional command of the English language, have impeccable writing skills and advanced capability with Microsoft Word. You will have previous experience driving tenders to a formal conclusion, from scoping to information gathering, preparation and submission of official tenders documentation.

On-the-job training will be provided and there is significant scope for career advancement including interdepartmental shifts within the entire Sales and Marketing division. The company is experiencing year-on-year growth and is the leading proponent of its services throughout the Asia-Pacific

Knowledge of core Business Development functions and experience researching, sourcing and identifying new business targets, constructing and executing business development roadmaps and in directing and supporting the final sales function are all deliverables in this role.

You will have enormous corporate support from Tele-Sales, Marketing and the Sales Teams and while I am really looking for a self-starter, there is ample opportunity to collaborate with these various stakeholders.

You are a people-person, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels and you are more inclined to cross the floor to have a chat than to fire off a series of emails.

You must have Australian Workrights and at least 3 years experience in Business Development and sales roles in order to be considered.
