We are a national construction company looking for a motivated and experienced Team Manager to join our expanding team in Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new staff as per the above team structure
• Manage and mentor these staff to ensure appropriate culture, work ethic and performance results are attained.
• Delegate existing accounts to team to manage
• Identify, sign-up and onboard new referrers to achieve continued sales growth
• Assist land team with securing land opportunities
• Assist in refining sales processes to ensure efficient processes across sales
• Ensure the profitability of each contract through maximizing sales value and minimizing discounts.
• Work with other team leaders in a collaborative, team focused manner to ensure the ongoing growth and culture objectives of the group are achieved.
• Consistently behave as leader in the business by enforcing culture and operational policies, acting in the best interests of the company and supporting the efforts of the National Wholesale Manager and General Manager.

KPIs

• Achieve 25 unconditional sales per month across the team
• Sign-up and develop at least 3 new referrers achieving a minimum of 3 sales per month
• Sell at least 2 properties per month from the Hot Properties report
• Ensure all Boostr Tasks are up to date
• Ensure discounting remains under the $1500 target
