Townsville Auto Group is a family owned and operated multi-franchise car dealership based in the vibrant city of Townsville. Representing seven new vehicle franchises including Chrysler, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Honda, Isuzu, Haval, Great Wall and also Used Cars. We are currently seeking applications for a Service Advisor to join our award winning team.    

Townsville Auto Group is one of the newest dealership in town and has the most modern facilities along with great working conditions.        

This position would be suited to a highly motivated team player who has previous experience working within a busy workshop. With strong interpersonal skills you will be proactive in your daily responsibilities and have the ability to work unsupervised. To be successful within this role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Meeting and greeting customers in our service department
• Parking their vehicles
• Answering phone calls        
• Processing paperwork and input of data into the dealership customer management system
• Communicating with the customer throughout the day on progress of their vehicle
• Explaining the work that was completed on their vehicle
• Processing payment
• Maintaining a very high level of customer service
• Some mechanic knowledge would be a benefit, but not essential
• Hours of Business operation - Monday to Friday 7:30 – 5:00pm with one RDO per month
