Unify is a new player in the direct sales market. We are now recruiting for kiosk fundraising team leaders and field manager for the expansion of one of our well-known client. 

At Unify we're about providing the very best environment for passionate fundraisers who are truly focused on delivering quality donors for our partners. Our founders and directors have been in the fundraising space for nearly 20 years and have the best non for profit clients lining up to work with them; Unify is a completely new concept in direct sales industry and we need the right people! 

About You:

• Face to Face fundraising experience, including a minimum of 12 months as a team leader and/or manager.
• Experience training and coaching other staff members
• A high level of motivation and ambition
• Lead from the front mentality
• Proven track record history in achieving KPIs and enforce standards
• Strong time management 
• Develop a strong rapport with customers and provide a high level of customer service
