What we are looking for

We are looking for a highly results driven, strategically focused & experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our sales team. 

Working from our offices in Dandenong South, you will be reporting to the General Sales Manager - Industrial on a day to day basis. You will be provided with the necessary business tools, i.e. fully maintained company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone etc.

Your main priority would be to identify and secure new opportunities in the Industrial markets as well as managing and developing the relationships with our existing client base of distributors. In addition, you will be responsible for carrying out marketing, promotional and end user growth plans. The expectation of growth through new business opportunities within our distributor base and various industrial market segments will make this role both challenging and highly rewarding.

Your Qualifications

A trade qualification, mechanical degree or other industry recognised qualification would be advantageous. Applicants with greater than 5 years specific experience are encouraged to apply.

Vital to this role will be your attitude, energy and proven excellence in relationship building skills. Moreover, proven superior sales experience & business development will be crucial if you are to succeed in this role.

Highly advantageous would be experience in the Fluid Power product range; specifically 'Hose & Fittings' as well as our Power Transmission Range . A current driver's licence is required as travel within Victoria, will be required in order to meet customer requirements.
