We have an exciting position available for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our very successful Newcastle business. If you have experience in managing your organisations top key accounts in fast-paced, demanding environment and are able to exhibit outstanding people and communication skills and an extreme level of drive & motivation, then we'd love to hear from you.

In this role you will be managing an assigned customer base across multiple divisions, responsible for the retention and growth of the client base, achieving and exceeding sales and quotas, retention and revenue targets whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders within the business services industry.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic client management incorporating needs based solution selling across all major accounts
  • Develop and maintain multi-level strategic business relationships with the client base within major accounts
  • Develop proposals appropriate to customers' needs, incorporating ROI modelling and critical needs assessments.
  • Facilitate the resolution of any issues by actively resolving all first line queries and escalating where required
  • Document all customer contact information into company systems and applications
  • Monitor competitor and market activity, reporting significant developments to management and monitor market trends through personal contact with customers
