This role is responsible for strategically managing all sales related activity to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of corporate sales, while striving to meet customer satisfaction standards and maximising growth opportunities.
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for the following:
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure excellent levels of customer service are maintained;
- Achieving set sales targets and pursuing profitable growth opportunities;
- Managing relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring satisfaction is maintained and opportunities for growth are maximised;
- Analysis of the market area to identify means of attracting new customers; and
- Leading by example in terms of work practices, ethics and general conduct.
As the successful candidate you have extensive sales experience at either a management or supervisory level. Experience in a retail sales operation with a strong understanding of corporate sales is essential. A strong customer focus and the ability to create a positive working environment will be pivotal to your success in this role.
