Mercedes-Benz North Shore, one of the largest independent Mercedes-Benz car dealerships in Sydney, is looking for a flamboyant Retail Floor Manager to join their committed sales team.
The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, motivated sales person with high-end retail experience in the automotive industry.
In assisting the Sales Manager to run a busy and successful sales team, you will need to have:
- Effective communication and relationship skills
- An approach that is professional, friendly and well-presented
- Previous car sales experience
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in closing/double closing
- Prioritisation and organisational skills with attention to detail
- The ability to perform duties independently and show initiative
- Cantonese/Mandarin language skills will be highly regarded
