About the Role:

We’re seeking a ninja-like account manager with experience in media sales. Someone who knows the ins and outs of agency land, and the skills to identify a lead, parachute in and show how our platform can solve their problems. 

To do this you’ll need to be a problem solver, understanding client’s pain points in sourcing and booking talent and be able to show how theright.fit offers the solution.

Lastly, you’ll have hustle, to develop both new business and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.

What you’ll do:

  • Building and growing relationships with agency and brand clients.
  • Use our charismatic CEO to open doors with prospects, then carry the process to close.
  • Create engaging presentations for in-person and video conference meetings to pitch prospects.
  • Hustle new business through outreach, cold calling and arranging meetings.
  • Walk individuals and teams through the platform, showing them the broad range of talent solutions we provide and the many ways they can book them.
  • Feedback to the product and marketing teams on client needs, requests, or opportunities.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven track record in sales and account management experience of all levels and sizes.
  • Be able to think creatively about the sales process and hit targets.
  • Experience in media and marketing with existing relationships in media, creative, and PR agencies.
  • Solution-based sales experience.
  • Confidence with using CRM tools.
