As a unique supplier of glass and hardware to the frameless glass marketplace, FGS is a cutting edge provider to the installer market for residential and commercial projects.
We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic internal sales person to join our Queensland Branch.
What you'll be doing
- Daily management of all internal sales across all sales platforms from front counter sales to email and telephone enquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely and effective response and action to customer issues
- Develop and maintain customer relationships ensuring our customers’ expectations are realized
- Provide an effective interface between the sales team and our warehouse staff
Who You Are
Our successful candidate will be a highly motivated person with proven experience in a similar role. The ability to communicate and engage customers both verbally and in writing is key to success within the role. We'd also like you to:
- Be focused on providing the best possible customer experience
- Possess a positive “can do” attitude
- Work autonomously and also integrate well within a small team environment
- Highly attentive to detail
Previous Experience
- Previous success within an internal hardware or trade sales environment will be highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of the MS Suite, CRM Software and the ability to learn new digital platforms
- Ability to read technical drawings and interact with customers ranging from architects, builders and installers
