The Position
Due to immense growth, the business is looking at hiring two sales executives to hunt new business and maintain existing accounts. The position is available in Sydney with the possible progression to work from home if the right candidate is found and performed well. This role is a new acquisition role, however once you are introduced to the industry and show constant results hitting KPI’s, you will be given accounts to manage. This position is completely autonomous and will be rewarding the successful applicant with a generous package scaled to their experience starting from $45,000 Salary + super + $65,000 Commissions.(uncapped)
The Candidate
We are looking for a young sales gun, industry experience would be a bonus, however a hungry, self-motivated sales gun would be the perfect candidate. Training will be provided for the successful candidate, however we can’t teach passion and motivation. A sales hunter that knows how to work autonomously and work within a team collaborating ideas will have an advantage.
