This is an excellent opportunity to join a major manufacturer of a diverse range of engineered rubber and bonded metal/rubber composite products for the automotive, defence, transport construction and industrial markets.
What we need:
An individual to develop business with existing and new accounts within the Defence industry locally. While assisting in the development of marketing plans to achieve growth and achieving sales and margin targets.
The successful candidate will draft proposals and prepare contract documents, prepare annual sales forecasts and strategies required to achieve sales targets. It is also required for them to prepare monthly sales reports and update CRM.
It is also required develop new collaborative projects with Defence, assist the Facility Security Officer with maintaining the required security levels and associated documentation and assist in offsite installations of rubber products
What you need:
Minimum 5 years sales or account management experience with technical products
Have an excellent technical sales performance record
Ability to undertake both lead generation and technical sales
Engineering background
Working knowledge of the Australian Defence Industry a huge advantage
Ex-Defence personal highly regarded
Currently have, or eligible for NV1 clearance – therefore must be an Australian citizen
