Our Seaford Telstra shop have been operating successfully over the past 5 years. Throughout this period the store has achieved sustainable growth by building strong customer relationships, being innovative and providing superior customer service.

As a result of this ongoing growth, we require an additional sales consultant at our Seaford Store. 

Your primary role will be to provide trusted advice and support to customers seeking telecommunication solutions.

Your major responsibilities will include:

  • Building customer loyalty and relationships through customer excellence;
  • Adding value to new and existing customers by designing tailored solutions that meet their needs;
  • Upselling the full suite of Telstra communication solutions to new and existing customers;
  • Assisting customers resolve their technical issues in a timely manner;
  • Achieving product sales targets; 

To succeed in this role you will have experience in a fast paced retail sales environment and be confident in communicating technical solutions to customers. Experience in the telecommunications industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.

In return we can offer you 25 - 38 hours per week, on a casual contract, in an enjoyable team environment with very attractive incentives for hitting targets and delivering an outstanding client experience.
