We are looking for an experienced Internal Sales person to join our NSW sales team.  Our successful candidate will work closely with the Sales team supporting our Account managers to drive seamless delivery of our products and services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Full support to our Account Managers by becoming their shadow, understanding their support needs and reacting quickly
  • Ensure phone and email enquiries are processed quickly and accurately
  • Responsive customer communications regarding delivery capabilities or delays
  • Cover for our Sales Admin, entering and maintaining customer orders, sending assets etc
  • Inventory management
  • Creating draft sales & trade marketing presentations
  • Managing small retailers/resellers with some of our key product lines
  • Understanding domestic and global release schedules, work closely with the dispatch and warehouse departments

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience and knowledge of customer service
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, multi tasking is a must
  • Passion for working in a small team
  • Resilience and the ability to join a fast paced and busy environment
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and accurate data entry skills are essential
  • SAP B1 preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a range of customers
