ABOUT Trannys Digital Printing (TranDP)
Trannys manufacture custom display transparencies and posters for many well known luxury brands such as Dior, Chanel, L’Oreal and Tag Heuer. Our clients submit project production orders on Excel spreadsheets which are processed into our internal production system. Many transparencies are professionally installed by our installers across the country
When you walk through the cosmetic and fragrance areas of Myer and David Jones you see a collection of our display transparencies and posters.
POSITION DETAILS:
Position: Assistant Account Manager
Reports directly to: Senior Account Manager
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Account Managers' responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Senior Account Manager with client project administrative tasks.
- Project creation and data input; interpreting, vetting and verifying client prepared excel spreadsheet data before transferring data into our internal production systems. Identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Engaging and organising / co-ordinating installation teams across Australia ensuring items are dispatched on-time.
- Liaise with clients regarding installations (raising quotes, issue resolution, dispatch)
- Communicate effectively within the wider Trannys team.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary educated with experience working in similar role (Ideally)
- A working knowledge of MS Excel (essential)
- Knowledge of the Cosmetics (merchandising) industry a plus (ideally)
- A ‘people’ person (essential)
- Eye for detail. (essential)
- Able to pick up new skills or techniques and learn quickly.
