This is an exciting and newly created role for a National Sales Manager to join this ECommerce Catering Platform focused on Corporate Australia.  The business is on target with its strategic growth plans and has created an opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the team.  
  
Reporting to the Managing Director you will have an office based in North Sydney, however, will also work with your National team across Melbourne and Brisbane.   You will be a dynamic and driven Sales Manager with a solid understanding of budgets, yields and account management.  Developing major accounts in the corporate segment will be your strength.  You will enjoy coaching teams and developing strategies that will grow business and relationship as well as develop strong internal relationships with your stakeholders.
  
To effectively negotiate and develop corporate accounts whist developing long term relationships which will ensure achievement of the business goals.  You will have the opportunity to make your mark, build the business and take up further opportunities within the organisation down the track.
  
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
  

• A demonstrated track record in sales/account management ideally within the Hospitality or Corporate Catering Industry
• Strong sales strategy, execution, and partnership creation skills
• Extensive experience in the services industry (the travel/tourism industry would be ideal)
• A proven leader and coach to a sales team
• Drive, innovation, team-orientation, and flexibility.
