The successful candidate will be involved in establishing new client groups and partnerships for our courses and services in order to attract and retain students and stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with Management to devise new strategies and techniques to build business for specific locations and increase the recruitment and enrolment numbers of students Nationally to our RTO.
You will have the opportunity to work within a great team environment with the autonomy to own your role and work toward increasing your KPIs quarterly..
Duties and responsibilities:
- The development and implementation of sales & Marketing strategies
- Promote all courses to students through various channels
- Develop suitable and relevant marketing plans that meet markets' needs
- Maintain proper and comprehensive records and documentations
- A solid sales background along with the ability to grow new business and create new relationships with clients.
- Plan and execute in organising exhibitions and other promotional activities
- Sound knowledge of social media marketing
Skills required:
- Excellent communication and verbal communication skills, along with customer service and sales skills.
- A good understanding of the RTO Industry and an ability to target market and communicate to specific audiences
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimum supervision and work well with senior managers
- Solid background in marketing and sales
- The ability to generate leads and cold call clients
- Proven experience in sales growth
- Proven sales track record
- IT Experience - web based programs
