Pacific HVAC Engineering is an Australian owned market leader supplying fans, chillers and related products to the ventilation and air conditioning industries.
Due to an increase in market activity in the Canberra region we currently have an exciting opportunity within our ventilation division and as such, are seeking an energetic and results driven part time technical salesperson.
Reporting to the State Manager NSW, this role will see you primarily focusing on an existing group of customers at both local and regional level, while also maximising sales within an active market.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Developing & maintaining strong relationships with new & existing customers
- Engaging with estimators, engineers & project managers throughout various stages of project life-cycle
- Following up all client enquiries and quotations to realise successful outcomes
- Achieving set monthly & annual sales targets
- Working closely with internal project support to ensure customer requirements are met
To be successful in the role, you will have the following attributes:
- Demonstrable ability in account management & business development
- Strong self-management & the ability to work autonomously
- Impeccable communication & negotiation skills
- Sound business acumen with the ability to engage with & influence key stake holders and decision makers
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience within a BDM or account management role
- Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded
- A current vehicle and Drivers license
