Toyota Fleet Management is one of Australia's leading providers of fleet management products and services.  Furthermore we are the only fleet management organisation in Australia with the security of the world's largest car manufacturer.

Our NSW Fleet Sales team located in St Leonards are currently seeking to appoint a Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of key customers on a 9 month temporary basis to cover a secondment.

Critical to the success of this role is to gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer's fleet needs and why they do what they do.  Only then will you be in a position to identify opportunities for TFM to demonstrate our value proposition and increase our volume of business.
 
Reporting to the Fleet Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and strengthening existing relationships to ensure continued growth in volume and profitability of our business across your portfolio.
  • Achieve sales targets and a range of performance expectations.
  • Updating Customer Needs Analysis at quarterly reviews to identify incremental opportunities, build relationships and demonstrate our value proposition.
  • Reporting on a monthly basis to management and maintaining accurate & up to date records.
  • Providing support to the Sales Manager in preparation of tender responses and new business proposals.
To ensure your success in this role, ideally you will have:
  • A strong passion for delivering a high quality service to corporate clients.
  • Experience and proven track record in fleet leasing and/or account management (desired).
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of commercial lending and preferably hold tertiary qualifications in business / commerce (desired).
